FAITH
December foggy morning, mercury falling down Winds whispering around, making clouds frown
Life is partly visible through my window, Me half awake in bed, yet to see her glow. I turned myself to other side and hands try to find, Smile in my closed eyes but just a pillow aside
Suddenly I realised, you were never beside Though far, you are always in my mind.
You are looking from the rectangular frame, Picking it up, I slowly call your name…
Feeling your presence every now and then You make me walk down the memory lane
From your loud laugh to our crazy fights Every hangout and dinner with candle light
Every time I want to say so much Words won’t be enough felt as such
So I close my eyes and wish you were here Remembered the good times, we had shared
From corner of my eye, a small drop rolls down I read your note again to feel that you are around.
“Listen to my heart beat within your´s, dear Feel me inside and you will be aware, Even though,I have gone but my love is everywhere!”
One more reason for me to survive Sometimes words keep our faith alive.
